Website policy templates
Clear terms for a trusted program.
These are editable starter policies for the website package. Have qualified counsel review them for your business, state, payment processor and marketing practices before launch.
Terms and Conditions
Last updated:
These Terms govern access to the Stacking Wealth website, membership program, audio content, digital downloads, calculators and related services. By purchasing or using the program, you agree to these Terms.
Membership and recurring billing
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the price disclosed during checkout until cancelled. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse charges already processed except where required by law or covered by the refund policy below.
Educational use
The program is provided for personal, noncommercial educational use. Members may not resell, republish, share login credentials, post downloads publicly, reproduce audio files or create derivative products without written permission.
Account access
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. We may suspend access for suspected fraud, unauthorized sharing, misuse, chargeback abuse or violation of these Terms.
No guaranteed outcomes
Financial outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee returns, savings, account performance, retirement readiness, tax results or any other financial outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the program and materials are provided “as is” without warranties. The business will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the program.
Changes
We may update content, features, pricing or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Privacy Policy
We may collect information submitted during checkout, account creation, support requests and website use, including name, email, billing contact details, device information, usage data and communications.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide access, process transactions through a payment processor, deliver support, maintain security, improve the program, communicate service updates and comply with legal obligations.
Payment information
Production payment pages should use hosted fields or tokenization from a compliant payment processor. The business should not store raw card numbers or security codes on the website server.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the program, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, legal compliance, dispute resolution and security. Users may contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Cookies
The production website may use essential cookies for login and security and optional analytics or advertising cookies where properly disclosed and consented to.
30-Day Refund Policy
Members may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the first purchase of a monthly or annual plan. Refund eligibility applies to the initial membership payment only unless otherwise required by law.
To request a refund, contact support with the account email and purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Access may be terminated when the refund is issued.
Renewal charges, previously refunded accounts, excessive download activity, account abuse, chargeback abuse and purchases made more than 30 days earlier may be excluded except where law requires otherwise. Clearly disclose any different business rule before launch.

Examples, projections, calculators, historical figures and assumed rates are illustrative only. Actual results vary. Investments can lose value, past performance does not guarantee future results, taxes and fees may apply, and no rate of return is promised.
